FICO:	620 FICO No FICO / Fix and Flip loans
Rate:	Starting at Prime + 2.0%
Fee:	2.0% + origination
Loan to Cost:	Up to 90%
Loan to ARV	Up to 75%
Borrower:	Individual, LLC or Corporation Foreign National OK No Taxes needed
